About Anointed Word of God
Our History
Anointed Word of God Christian Assembly has been serving the community for 14 years. First starting in the living room of our dear Mother Brownlee's living room, our church was founded on the principles of love, faith, and community service. We strive to make a positive impact in the lives of our members and the broader community.
Mission Statement:
We stand on God’s mission of seeking and saving those that are lost. Luke 14:23- And the Lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and the hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. And to make disciples of men, women, boys and girls.
Vision Statement:
We believe in equipping God’s people for kingdom building so that the true church comprises all who God’s grace has justified through faith alone in Christ. The vision is to reach beyond the walls and assist those who are in need spiritually and physically. To be spiritual mentors to our youth, providing them with tools for life. To help and guide every age and ethnicity with programs for developmental needs for the mind, body, and soul. To provide food for the hungry, clothing, shelter, and other necessities, will also offer various types of life training classes that enable us to live a prosperous life and be a blessing in and around our community, just as Christ is to us.
